Triggers and signs that your life is about to transform

Change is always taking place in our lives.  We don’t always like change as it shifts us out of our comfort zone.  But change and especially radical transformation, is essential for our growth in life.  It helps us to clear out the old and make way for the new to come in.  Sometimes the change or transformation is gentle and easy as we can cope quite easily on our own.  Then there are times of radical life transformation.  The type that truly shakes us up and literally shifts us forward whether we like it or not.  You have no way out, you can’t avoid it, you have to go through it, no matter what.  It is part of your Soul growth and pathway.

It is often this radical transformational period where you will be guided to, or find yourself seeking out the help of people like myself in the life coaching and healing fields.  Quite often this is already a clear sign that, you may be seeking change for one area of your life, but are actually destined to transform all areas of your life in a more radical way.  You may not be consciously aware at the time, but your Soul knows and the whole universe comes together in alignment to guide you forward to the right support you require. I can assist you forward through your transformation.

Triggers for radical transformation

Sometimes we find ourselves thrown right into the deep-end of facing transformation which is triggered by a major life event like;

  • a death of a loved one
  • relationship suddenly ends
  • you are told you have a chronic or incurable illness
  • major accident
  • you have a major financial loss
  • you loose your home
  • you get fired from your job
  • you are in the middle of a natural disaster like floods, fires, earth-quakes etc.

The more gentle approach to transformation is that we decide to make change like;

  • I want to lose weight
  • I want to heal my body
  • I want to change my career
  • You begin manifesting for something in your life and find changes happening.

And then before you know you find you are guided to make more radical changes.

So if you have had a radical shift into transformation or have just made the decision to change, these are the signs that would indicate transformation is destined to happen for you.

Signs for radical transformation

  1. Life feels out of wack, there is chaos and your life feels like a mess.
  2. Feel irritated, frustrated, annoyed, angry and even hurt.  Then you hit a breaking point and just snap.
  3. Off balance, distracted, can’t concentrate, you have so much mind chatter going on, difficulty sleeping.
  4. Feel anxious, worried, nervous, even panic.
  5. Your intuition heightens and you really can feel change is needed, but not necessarily knowing what that change is.  You just know something has to shift.
  6. You feel a pulling into a certain direction, the inner sense and knowing that you have to take action on something.
  7. Feel like being alone, you want to escape from people or places.  People are bugging you, but you don’t know why.
  8. You want to be alone to think about things in your life.
  9. Stuck.  What was working in your life, no longer works, you feel confused about it.
  10. Racing thoughts and even flashback memories of previous trauma or transitions of your life, and how you got through them.
  11. You feel there is something missing.  Like the missing piece of the puzzle, but you not sure what it is.
  12. Emotionally sensitive, and feel you are being pushed out of your comfort zone.
  13. High energetic frenzy like a pregnant women who is about to give birth.  They go into this high energy phase of cleaning, clearing clutter, moving things around.  With a nervous and excited feeling inside.  These are natural instincts of preparation for what is about to come.
  14. Signs, messages, synchronicities of guidance coming forward to you.  You can receive the same message in various ways.  You are being guided and your intuitions awakens and you know you need to pay attention to this information coming to you.

So if you have or currently are experiencing any of these, then you can rest assured that your life is heading for a major or radical transformation.  This is not bad, but truly the best part of you life.  It might not always be easy to go through, but you will find support coming to you from all unexpected places.

What is EFT

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is also known as tapping

You want to know what is EFT as this is another one of the techniques I often use in both my Reiki healing and Holistic Life Coaching with you.  I guide you through it step-by-step, relating directly to your unique needs.


It is a technique of tapping with your fingers on the energy meridian points on your hand, face, collar bone and top of your head.  The meridians of the body were first discovered by the Chinese and are used in acupressure, acupuncture and other meridian therapies.  Tapping on the meridian points clears negative emotional energy blocks.  It shifts your vibrational frequency and creates an open flow of energy, the result of which is emotional freedom.

When and how to use EFT

EFT is a rapid way to clear yourself of (unwanted) emotions, as well as mental and physical conditions, as it only takes a couple of minutes.  EFT is used in a wide range of therapies for many different purposes.  Many Reiki Masters combine EFT with Reiki treatments.  EFT may be used in instances of illness, self-sabotage, fears, panic attacks, phobias, anxiety, grief, weight loss, cravings, headaches, and to stop smoking.  The reasons are endless.

If you have suffered severe mental or emotional trauma in the past, it is highly recommended that you find a qualified EFT practitioner or therapist who can assist you through the process, as traumas resurface.

However, there are further learning methods with more tapping positions available on the internet.  Psychological reversal and affirmations are combined with tapping.  You will focus, ‘acknowledge’ the problem, and then use an affirmation for self-acceptance. This means you will be using a ‘negative’ focus to clear yourself while you are tapping.  Some examples of the phrase to use:

  • Even though I have a headache, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
  • Even though I am depressed, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
  • Even though I have such anger towards ….., I deeply and completely love and accept myself.
  • Even though I have this craving for sweets, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.

To tap, you will use your index and middle finger together (either hand).  Tap firmly, three–to seven times, on each spot.  Do not tap too hard as this will cause a bruise.  Feel the level of intensity of your problem and rate it between one and ten.  Repeat the phrase as you are tapping.

The tapping positions

The positions exist on both sides of the body so you can use either side, even both.  The meridian positions to tap on are as follows in this order of sequence:

  1. Karate point: on the side of your hand (either one).  It is the fleshy area on the outside of the palm of your hand, used to do a karate chop.  It is a tender spot to touch.
  2. Eyebrow beginning point: just on the inside of the top of your nose.
  3. Side of the eye: on the end of the bone bordering your eyebrow.
  4. Under the eye: on the bone, below your pupil, in the middle point under the eye.
  5. Under the nose: on the middle soft area between the bottom of your nose and top lip.  The area that dents in.
  6. Under the chin: midway between your bottom lip and end of chin.  The area that dents in.
  7. Collarbone: just below the collarbone.  The middle area where your sternum (breast bone) and first rib meet.  To find it follow the u shape bone at base of throat.  Go down about 2 cm and across toward shoulder about 2 cm.  It is a tender spot.
  8. Under the arm: below the armpit in the middle where a women’s bra line would be located.  About 5 cm down from the armpit.  It is a tender spot.
  9. Below the nipple:  just under the breast in the middle, in-line with the nipple.  Where the under-skin of the breast meets the chest.
  10. Top of the head: in the middle of the head on the top.

This is the end of the process.  Now feel the level of intensity to the problem.  If it is still high, repeat the tapping.

  1. Return to karate chop point: to repeat if you desire to go deeper on clearing other thoughts that come to mind during tapping.  This happens as energy shifts and you tune in more specifically to the cause of your problem.

So now you know what is EFT!

What is Ho’oponopono

Transform your life with Ho’oponopono

You really do want to know what is Ho’oponopono, because I use this technique extensively when I work with you.  But, don’t worry I will teach you how and when to use it.  Ho’oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness.  You use a very powerful mantra and it shifts your vibration and life to a whole new dimension.


My discovery of Ho’oponopono

I first discovered Ho’oponopono through Dr Joe Vitale, who co-authored a book called Zero Limits with Dr Hew Len.  I experienced results from the first time I used it, and was completely hooked.  I found it so powerful, that I could not resist adding it to my bag of techniques to help you transform your life.  I can’t really explain it any better than Wikipedia can.

To reach this state, which Len called ‘Self-I-Dentity thru Ho’oponopono’, includes using the mantra, “I love you.  I’m sorry.  Please forgive me.  Thank you.”  It is based on Len’s idea of 100% responsibility, taking responsibility for everyone’s actions, not only for one’s own. If one would take complete responsibility for one’s life, then everything one sees, hears, tastes, touches, or in any way experiences would be one’s responsibility because it is in one’s life.  The problem would not be with our external reality, it would be with ourselves.  Total Responsibility, according to Hew Len, advocates that everything exists as a projection from inside the human being.
