Be Organised

Shift your vibration by being organised

So, why would you want to be organised?

Well, it is a supportive energy vibe for success.  It eases stress, boosts your enthusiasm and creates really good feelings.  So, when you know where you are going and what you are doing, your energy vibration is clearer.  Your thoughts become focused.  Cluttered energy fields create blocks to your success.  Just like clutter in your home, creates chaos.  If you want to increase your productivity and save a lot of time, then it is wise to become organised.  You will discover the universe fully supports you the moment you become organised and clutter free.  Everything shall flow naturally for you.  The end result – you feel better and ‘on top’ of it all.

You know what it is like when you walk into a room with the laundry scattered all over the floor?  It doesn’t feel good, and you most likely will trip over the clothes.  Your energy field responds within 3 seconds to what is in your environment.  This is one reason I love feng shui, as it assists my vibration for success .  I organise my home and my desk in alignment with feng shui principles, and results show.

Clearing clutter is very powerful

The moment you begin to clear clutter it opens up the flow of energy.  This results in, an attraction of success.  It also, opens the door to becoming organised.

When you are organised, success flows naturally!

Organise your desk

Clear the clutter on your desk and work area.  You only need the things you are actively using on your desk.  Keep files and items you regularly need to use in close access, but not necessarily in view, in a cupboard or draw is good.

Dedicated space

Items in your home, must have the own dedicated space.  When you have used them, ensure you put them back in place.

Before going to bed

Before going to bed, do a quick tidy up.  Like putting glasses and cups in the sink.  Neaten up cushions and blankets on your couch.  Prepare your coffee and cups for the morning, so you just need to switch on the kettle or percolator.  This is a fantastic way to wake up to a clean and organised home, which creates a good vibe to start your day.

Create a routine to clean house

Create a routine of when and how you clean your house.  This creates speed of getting it all done.  I only do a full clean of my house weekly.  Yet, everyone comments on how neat tidy and organised it is, whenever they turn-up.  This is just a result of my commitment.  I also, prefer not to procrastinate, I do what needs to be done in the moment.  If I use something, I put it away right after I have used it.  This also ensures that if someone else in the house wants to use it, they know where to find it.

You don’t want to do this

Procrastination is a killer – so don’t do it.  The sooner you get it done, the better you will feel.  If you tend to procrastinate then you must find out why.  Simply ask yourself “what am I avoiding” or “why don’t I want to do it” – the answers may surprise you.

Have priorities

Prioritise your most important tasks.  Write them down on that good old fashioned to-do list.  Ensure, you cross them off as you complete the task.  Don’t clutter your mind with trying to remember everything.  When you write it down, you ease the stress about remembering.  I use the OneNote app on my cell phone to do my shopping list.  I have a standard list with tick boxes.  As I discover something I need, I whip out my cell and tick it off.  By the time I go shopping, my list is already created.  I have also organised my shopping list as per the regularly shop I go to, in the order of their isles.  This saves me time and helps me to just flow down the list, as I always walk the same route.  It is quite simple and easy to do.

Keep up-to-date with the filing of your important papers.  You want to ensure the files are labeled and you have easy access to them.

Cupboards and drawers

Clear out your cupboards and drawers if they are cluttered.  Organise them, so you can see everything at first glance.   Overcrowded drawers will waste a lot of time trying to find what you want.  If you don’t use it, get rid of it.  I love to donate to my local Hospice so they can sell it and raise funds.  Just because I don’t use it anymore, doesn’t mean it is not useful.  Other people may need it in their lives.  The more regularly you clear out your cupboards, the easier it becomes.  It also saves you a lot of time, so you don’t have a huge task to tackle.
