You may feel strong emotions arise as you read. This is a sign that your energy is shifting and healing is already taking place.

Prepare for the Journey

  • Keep a journal or notebook nearby to capture your thoughts, dreams, memories, or emotions
  • Allow space between chapters to reflect, rest, and process
  • Use tissues if needed – healing releases emotions, and tears are part of your transformation
  • Practice deep self-compassion and give yourself time

How to Read Be Aware

1. Section One: Observe and Reflect

Walk with me through my personal journey of healing. As you read, be the observer:

  • Feel into your own life – what patterns or mirrors arise?

2. Feel Your Emotions Fully

  • Pause and let the emotion rise
  • Journal what you feel
  • Don’t hold back or suppress—it’s safe to feel

Emotions are energy in motion. If anger or sadness arises, that’s a sign of old wounds releasing. Let them move. Then, return to the section when you’re ready.

3. Surrender and Trust the Process

Sometimes transformation requires surrender. Trust that the Universe is guiding you—perhaps with synchronicities, dreams, signs, or intuitive nudges.

If a memory or message arises, accept it as part of your healing puzzle.

4. Integrate with Metaphysical Insight

You may want to refer to Louise L. Hay’s Heal Your Body, especially if past illnesses come into your awareness while reading. Many of my own interpretations at the end of each chapter build on her metaphysical teachings.
