Here I will explain more than just the 8 reasons you need a life coach. I also introduce you to what life coaching can do for you. Usually, you seek life coaching for assistance to achieve a big goal, or at a point in your life when you are ready to give-up. You have had enough of the way things are going in your life, truly fed-up. You may be feeling lost and confused, stuck and angry. Perhaps you are unhappy in your career or relationship. What is life coaching?
Life coaching is the process of assessing existing thoughts and emotions, observing behavioural and linguistic patterns, setting specific goals and discerning hidden saboteurs. Effective life coaching is supportive to you in making a plan of action and then to follow it to reach a desired outcome. A life coach will be able to help you create a strategy for success toward a defined outcome or result and is able to guide you. In life coaching, accountability is commonly expected. You will come across proactive questioning which will gently guide you out of waiting for things to happen.
What is holistic life coaching?
Holistic life coaching is what I do. It is very powerful and approaches all aspects of your life as a whole. Looking at your body, mind, and spirit. It incorporates a variety of techniques and modalities to give you the best of what you need. This form of coaching gives you an expanded experience of self-awareness and self-improvement. Holistic life coaching can differ to standard life coaching. In the standard practice of holistic life coaching you do not include any healing. This is where I am uniquely different, as I am a Reiki Master.

A life coach is an individual who has the tools, techniques, focus, wisdom, intent, and knowledge to elicit your values, goals, and beliefs. Trained to listen to your words, observe your actions, and to become aware of the way you currently interpret the world around you. The coach provides a safe place with deep respect to help you feel comfortable to move from a former place to one of success. A life coach is honest, proactive, trustworthy and a great model for success. A life coach is great at helping you when you are confused, lost, and unhappy. The coach will create a learning cycle for you through suggestions and recognition of patterns that in the past have not gotten you the results you are wanting.
